Makanan ruji mengikut benua dan negara

Bismillah...

haiii...
you are what you eat...so lets go eat a skinny person!!haha...=) kalaulah benar....aku dah ada target dah siapa mangsa untuk dibaham.peace farah =p.
ok berbalik kepada tajuk...makanan ruji atau stapple food.siapa tahu apa makanan ruji masing-masing?tahu?bagus.x tahu?kalau anda orang Malaysia...makanan ruji anda adalah nasi...............makanan yang jadi kebiasaan rakyat malaysia makan hari-hari untuk mendapatkan tenaga dan bekerja dengan lebih cekap setiap masa.^_^..
rakyat negara lain makan apa pulak???jum cekidaut!



CANADA
  1. Canada - Sauteed fiddleheads, canadian bacon with maple glaze, sweet corn pancakes, Nanaimo Bars.
  2. Canada (french candians) - french pea soup, doughboys (dumplings), French-Canadian Creton (Spicy Pork Pate), Tarte au Sucre (Sugar Pie), Tourtière (Meat Pie), Quebec Poutine
  3. Canada Aboriginals (native canadians) - Pemmican Cakes, Bannock, Man-O-Min (Ojibwa Wild Rice),

NORTH AMERICA
  1. United states great lakes region - german potato salad, buffalo chicken wings, macroni and cheese.
  2. U.S. midwest region - bread pudding, chili, deviled eggs, reuben sandwhich.
  3. U.S. Northest region - succotash, johnnycakes, baked beans, new england clam chowder
  4. U. S. Southern region - cornbread, fried chicken, chicken and sausage gumbo, sweet potato pie, collard greens and hamhocks.
  5. U.S. Western Region - artichokes, salsa, apple crisp, blueberry muffins.
  6. Mexico - Frijoles (Beans), Huevos Rancheros (Ranch-Style Eggs), spanish rice, Pico de Gallo (Mexican Salsa), Burritos
